Moving a file system from ATA pool to FC pool (STD)?
I would like to move an existing filesystem from an existing ATA pool to a new ( to be created) FC (STD) pool. Can anyone give me a quick outline of how to do this with the least disruption?

Hi,
There is a similar thread which should answer your query,

you should use Celerra replicator in this case to migrate the file system from one storage pool to another.

Hi,
In that case, you may have to backup the file system first, create a file system on the FC pool.. restore the data on the new file system. then point the shares to use the new file system.

Talk to your rep - you should be able to get a temp license for migration
