Messages of CAVA server disconnection received
Hi!
A customer has a Celerra NS-G2, with the last DART available, and with CAVA installedmin two servers with McAfee Antivirus.
Since we update the Dart and be able to recive alerts by mail, every friday around 0:30 and every saturday around 3:30 the Celerra send a message similiar to this one:
Jun 21 03:08:55 2012 DART:VC:ERROR:30 Slot 2: 1340240931: Error on CAVA server 192.168.108.63: OFFLINE, ntStatus: CONNECTION_DISCONNECTED.
When we connect to the system and check the status of CAVA at the next morning, the system is working fine and the antivirus is connected and working.
We don`t know if this is something normal or is something that we need to fix.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
By any chance AV server reboots or any network issues during the time CAVA error has occured.

Or AV Software Update ?

Could it be related to server reboot or AV definition update (if so make sure that both servers do not update at the same time)

Finally, the errors on friday and saturday are caused by the backup windows. At that time, the AV servers are backed up.
But recently we have similar errors out of that backup windows. We are going to investigate if they are caused by AV software update.
