iSCSI Target and CGE Ports

I was wondering what would be the best setup for my Celerra NS120 for the current situation.

I have 4 CGE Ports all 1 Gbit.  Two cge ports on server_2 go are no bound, just single ports, no EC or LACP.  Each port goes to a single seperate switch.  Switch A and B.  Subnet is 192.168.1.1 iscsi-1 and 192.168.1.2 -iscsi-2.  I have 4 HP DL 360 connected to switch A & B.

I bought a 7 Cisco UCS Blades/chassis and 10Gib Nexxus Switches (2).    I took cge2 and cge3 from server_2 and bound into 1 EC interface and assigned an IP of 10.222.35.11.  Did this IP scheme to match our new VLAN scheme.  We put cge2 ,plugged it into Nexxus switch A and cge3 and plugged it into Nexxus switch B.  This was needed so the Cisco UCS could talk to our EMC.

I have had a few vendors give me there opinions but not sure what to do.  One EMC vendor told me i should take each cge port and assign it a single IP and create a single target per CGE port.  Then run one vmware vnic assisgned as an iscsi port to each target..

Currenly with the 2GB EC isn't that the same as 2 targets?  What do you guys think
