Is there a limit on how many VLANS can be tagged on an interface on the VNX?
Our network team is requesting us to create multiple vlans, one ip in each vlan so that servers accessing NAS shares will access only over their local network and not go through any firewalls. Is there a limit on the number of vlans that can be configured?

Thats not a problem
Theoretical max number of VLANs is 4096 because of the VLAN tagging protocol
BUT hard limit is 509 interfaces per data mover but I wouldnt go to the very max there
