How to resolve the above issue?
I have assined the LUN to celerra storage group from clariion.
what are the next steps, to add that space to 'clarata_archive' pool ?

Create RAID 5 (4+1 etc..) from the SATA disks (recommend to go for similar RGs which are already created) and present volumes to celerra. Perform a rescan, the volumes will get added to this pool.

If the rescan failed, just see server_log server_x for any errors. This may help in resolving the issue without a downtime.

I got the LUN as iscsi disk to the celerra and it is automaticaly added free spcace to pool, but still check points not working.
do I need to create that disk as silce/stripe/meta?

How many file systems & pool you have? Does the check point file system is configured on the same pool?
Does any of your file system got extended automatically, if by chance?

below is the volume properties

as suggested above do a server_devconfig and check the data mover log
If there is LUN still isnt visible and there are no error via server_log then open a service request

You meant Fibre Channel and not ISCSI - right ?

I hope you need to check the RAID configuration as the default pool / system defined pool takes predefined parameters.
Even if its SATA / FC, if the disk count on the RAID group is different from the existing celerra disk LUN's. Then that will be assume the new LUN as different category.
Default raid configurations are,
RAID 5 (4+1)
RAID 5 (8+1)
Based on this the celerra will decide where to put the new disk.
Correct me if I am wrong.

all other existed LUNs are presented from the same RAID Group-3(RAID-5(6+1)).
and even even auto expantion is also enabledfor the pool.
the new space is showing in the free space of pool.
below is the state of the disk,I want to know how it usable for the check points(which were encountered an error).

Now the pool is reflecting the new and additional free space on which your file systems and checkpoint file systems are residing. In that case I would say you don't need to worry about the checkpoint unless it was configured using manual steps.
I understoo that, you had problem with no space for checkpoint FS, and later its been expanded with new space of 100 GB / whatever it is. When the savvol size reaches 90% and with help of auto extn feature it will increase its space without user interventions.
To see the savvol usage, run the command "fs_ckpt -list -all"
Just watch it closely...
Correct me if I am wrong.
