How to access Unisphere in Windows 8.1?

Hi, I upgraded to Windows 8.1 and I am having a hard time accessing Unisphere through Google Chrome or IE 11.

In Google Chrome It will start to load and you will see the Unisphere title screen after telling the Java prompts to run the app.  However after this screen it goes away and its just a blue background.  There's no box drawn in the browser to enter credentials and log in.

Then I tried IE 11 and it takes me to this page:

Required Java Plugin not found. 

  A minimum of JRE 1.6.0 is required for this application. 

  If you have a version greater than 1.6.0_13, please refer to the Release Notes to verify compatibility. 

  Install the Java Plugin from the link below to continue. 

Install Plugin

If I click Install Plugin, nothing happens.  There is no plugin download or anything.

Seems like Java 7u45 is installed but it only works with Chrome, and no Java is installed for IE11.

Should I try Firefox, Opera or Safari?
