How can migrate filesystems and VDMs from celerra to VNX
I have NS-480 with the CIFS shares and quotas(user and tree) configured.
now we brought new VNX-5330, We want to move one filesystem with the quotas.
Please suggest the best recommendations and procedure.
thanks in advance

First ensure the tree quotas are configured before you do. I am sure the user quotas would be copied along with the Celerra replicator migration.e.g, the home directory features with its quota values, but i am not sure about the tree quota with celerra replicator. I had different type of share migration from a standard windows server to VNX file storage. I had to configure the tree quota prior to actual migration.

Please read the white paper and the related manuals
Both tree and user quotas are stored within the file system
Since Replicator does a block level copy of the fs it will of course copy both

Since user Quotas are based on UIDs if you are using usermapper then make sure you export the usermapper database from source and import it on destination
