Files getting stuck in the collector queue | CAVA
Dear All,
During last week, files which are getting scanned through CAVA are getting stuck in collector queue.
Users are facing File Hand Issue due to this.
To resolve the issue, everytime we are restarting CAVA Services.
What will be the root cause?
Thanks in Advance.

If you need root cause you need to properly open a service request and let customer service investigate.
The forum isn’t a replacement for a service request.

Hi Sameer,
The queue is getting flushed after some time...
Sometime it takes 5 min some time 10-20 mins.
Thanks
