Fast VP/Storage Pool, Celerra LUN layout

Ok..

We have a VNX 5700's using OE 5.31 and Dart 7.0.51.3.  (1TB FAST Cache)

I have a storage pool with 40 spindles of 35 300GB SAS and 5 2TB NL-SAS for Celerra usage.

Im looking for the best way to layout the luns to be presented to the Celerra for File storage,

How do I determine the LUN count to create from pool to present to the Celerra

Sizing of the LUNS

How much Free space do I keep in the pool so it can tier properly? Or can I use all the storage pool?

Having a hard time tracking down solid info on this... Id rather only have to do it once! Want to ensure doing it right since we previously were not able to use pools. Greatly appreciate any information.  Thank you!
