Factory reset NX4 issues

I went the factory reset route with the disks, and it seemed to install Linux correctly, however; now it's stuck at a "Insert NAS Disk and press Enter"

I have the disk in, however; it's like the box doesn't know how to read a CD-ROM drive, nothing happens.

I've tried rebooting and it just takes me to this prompt.

I figured I'd try to access the bios, but it has a password and scouring the internet I can't seem to find the BIOS password.

Any ideas?
