It would be good to know what your system looks like and what you are trying to accomplish.

As far as your configuration, we'd need to know what your underlying RAID config looks like (RAID groups? Pools? LUNs?). Then what is presented to your data movers? Do any filesystems exist currently? How do you want export them (to what hosts? What permissions?)
This could be tough to do over a forum, but we can try. Worst case, you may want to talk to your local EMC team and get some time with a Solutions Architect who can work with you on-site. But, like I said, we can try.

If you are just looking for a list of NFS exports you can run:
server_export server_2 -Protocol nfs -list -all
and that will give you a list of everything. If you want to get more information about the file system you will need to parse that output and use nas_fs to get it.

Since we're not exactly sure what it is you want to see, I would suggest logging in to Unisphere or Celerra Manager (depending on version) and for each table you see with information you want to save, you can right-click the table and select Export to XLS or Export to CSV to save the table information into spreadsheet format.

Or learn how to use the CLI
The “Configuring NFS on VNX” manual available from support.emc.com is a good start

Very very similar – expect for per-VDM NFS exports all the other NFS related commands are the same as for VNX
