Elab for CAVA
If you check the Celerra Support Matrix, there's a section for CAVA
However, there's no same section for VNX Event Enabler, or the newer Common Event Enabler, both in the Celerra Support Matrix, or in the VNX Support Matrix.
(Newest version of VEE is 5.1.0 and CEE is 6.0.4)
Has it been removed from the matrix?
No Events found!

You'll want to review the release notes for the version of VEE or CEE that you are looking to install.
https://support.emc.com/search/?resource=DOC_LIB&AlloftheseWrds=event%20enabler%20release%20notes&SearchWithin=true&adv=y
Specifically, skip to the section: "Technical Notes" then you will see the appropriate Table listing the exact versions of "Third-party antivirus engines" that are supported.

Yes, but that doesn't help me.
Even that document you linked refers to the elab navigator.
Enviornment and System requirements
The EMC E-Lab™ Interoperability Navigator is a searchable, web-based application that provides access to EMC interoperability support matrices. For the latest interoperability information, go to EMC Online Support at http://Support.EMC.com. After logging in, in the right pane under Product and Support Tools, click E-Lab Navigator.
My original question is not on what versions are supported, but where on earth did the relevent elab sections disappear to.
If you plug in McAfee 8.8 into the elab, all you get is a matrix for Celerra Event Enabler up to version 4.9.1
The newer 5.1.0 and 6.0.4 are nowhere to be found.

I also do see what you are referring to in regards to E-Lab Interoperability Navigator. Yes, I agree that the ESM is lagging behind the release notes; however, in the meantime, you can refer to the release notes for the version of CEE or VEE you are looking to compare.
Let's review with the E-Lab team for an explanation.

Using "VNX Event Enaber Release Notes Versions 5.1.0.0" as an example, if you skip to the "Technical Notes" section of the document, you'll see the following table:

I have logged a case with the E-Lab team. I will keep you informed of any feedback once received.

To update everyone. The E-Lab team had already acknowledged the lack of any more recent information than what has been available in regards to CEE/VEE. In the meantime, they also recommend referring to the release notes.
