data movers continually rebooting

my vnx5500 data movers are continually rebooting after power on.  is this an indication of a particular type of fault and are there any suggestions to reverse this behavior?

yes, the SP's were booted and appeared to be working properly.  waited until the amber flashing light went to a steady blue, then powered on the data movers.  watched them go through their boot up sequence and then powered up control stations.  but then i noticed that the data movers had gone back to booting.   from my control station getreason gives

0 - slot_0 reset

10 - slot_1 primary control station

0 - slot_2 reset

0 - slot_3 reset

Was there any interruption in physical connectivity ?

Was the shutdown a graceful one ?

it was not a graceful shutdown.   physical connections between the system have not been modified.  Is there a way to terminal in to the data movers to see what's going on and/or reset them?

your pool luns are offline due to dirty cache,

This can only be resolved by support or engineering

This is very likely to be true.  You will need EMC Technical Support assistance to resolve this.  Please open a Service Request for assistance.
