Check the data mover log for errors

Most likely cause is either max number of checkpoints exceeded for no more space in the savvol

If you cant troubleshoot yourself please open a service request

Hi Shweta,

please check the "originator" defined in the schedule files in /nas/tasks/schedule directory.

Ensure the "originator" is authorized to run commands on the Celerra. If the user is not authorized to run commands on the Celerra, recreate the schedules with an authorized user.

Thanks for the reply. If that is the case then can we increase the Savvol capacity or it will free up and create space by deleting or removing old Chkpoints on its own?

Thanks for the reply Jeffey. I checked the originator and its nasadmin and is authorized to run commands on Celerra.

Hi Shweta,

Either extend the SavVol or delete your oldest checkpoint can increase the free SavVol cacpacity. The space will be available for using by other checkpoints using that SavVol.

For more information about deleting checkpoint and extending the SavVol, please refer the following document.
