CIFS server move from a physical Data Mover to a Virtual Data Mover (VDM)

Hello,

am looking for some help regarding the Celerra Replicator V2

we have a Celerra NX4 (5.6.48-7), and VNX5500 (7.1.65-8). we are planning to move NAS data from Celerra to VNX using celerra replicator V2 as our celerra is retiring soon. From going into the communities and suggestions from EMC, it looks like migrating a VDM using celerra replicator is the best thing, but our celerra has cifs server hosted on a physical datamover (it has no VDMs) and am planning to move it to VDM. I appreciate if anyone could help in providing docs or commands to create VDM on NX4 and the procedure to move cifs server from DM to VDM. and also  about the things which I need to take care.

--> we have cifs server type of windows 2000,03 and 08

--> there are no NFS exports, we have only cifs shares that needs to be migrated

--> destination VNX5500 has VDM and cifs server already.

--> its a brand new VNX and planning to rename(NX4 cifs server name) cifs server after NAS migration so that users can access like previously

And please read the VDM, CIFS and Replicator manual first so that you know how they work
