you can open live chat by following below stpes :

Log in with your Powerlink credentials.

Go to Support > Request Support >  Live Chat

To begin your Live Chat session, follow these steps::

  1. Select your preferred chat language.
  2. Select from the list of available product families or topics to chat about. 
  3. Click the Chat Now button. (Note the posted wait times for a Live Chat representative.)

Currently, chat is available in following languages: 

  • Chinese
  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Korean
  • Portuguese
  • Spanish

The following products or options available for chat:

  • Contract, Warranty, Maintenance Assistance
  • Existing Service Request Inquiries
  • Product Licensing Assistance
