Celerra XML API: "Unexpected exception of unknown nature"

Hi,

We ran into this issue when trying to query Storage Pools. We've ran the automation scripts and looked through the logs but cannot find why this issue occurs. Querying other resources (Movers, FileSystems, Volumes, etc) gives us a fault-free response. This just happens with Storage Pools. EMC Unisphere shows all the data for the Storage Pools. It's only when we run the API that we see this. I verified that we have the latest version (8.1.9-155). Was anyone able to resolve this issue?

   The XML API server took an unexpected  exception. This does not mean that it stopped functioning for other users. (In most casses it is an APL reply unmarshalling error).
  
                
  
   If the problem persists, collect support materials by running the /nas/tools/collect_support_materials script or the newer /nas/tools/automaticcollection script.
