Celerra s NS-960FC - Reports
Hi
I have been tasked with producing reports (capacity and performance) from our two Celerra NS-960Fc systems.
Is there any feature on Unisphere or Cli that could be used or can anyone recommend a third-party alternative?

Please consider moving this question to the proper forum for maximum visibility. Questions written to the users' own "Discussions" space don't get the same amount of attention and questions can go unanswered for a long time. You can do so by selecting "Move" under ACTIONS along the right. Then search for and select: "Celerra Support Forum" which would be the most relevant for this question.
While there is information scattered about in various forms, different formats, etc. that can be massaged out of Unisphere, CLI, and XML API, you should look into VNX Monitoring and Reporting. Included as part of the installer is a 30 day trial license. Despite the name, it also support Celerra and CLARiiON arrays. You could download the installer and the user guide from support.emc.com and probably have it installed in a few minutes. Give it some time to collect and analyze data and you'll have reports shortly after.

There are two options here.
1. You can ( expending alot of time ) write navcli queries and interpet and display results in report.
2; You can ( expending alot of money ) use SMI enabled products like solarwinds generate the report for you. If you are going option2, then investigate the try before you buy to verify it does what you want it to do.
