celerra manager management service not responding...

I'm trying to do some configuration changes in celerra manager. But service is not responding for tasks (celerra manager basic version). I rebooted many times and always have the same problem. (question mark in system folder)

Tomcat server never finish starting.

i edit my domain name and dns server in resolv.conf but it is the same.

Also, when trying some command in control station a segmentation fault error occurs.

Any ideas about what is the problem?
