Vlan voice configuration Blade M1000e

Hello , 

I have Blade M1000e with 4 servers .

2 switch dell connected with a 10gb to the blade 

1 switch Cisco 4500 connected to the blade with 10gb 

I want to add a Vlan Voice 100 in Vmware to install a VoIP solution 

Cisco Call manager (Vm machine) can't ping my Cisco switch 

I added a VLAN Voice 100 in vmware
