Dell M1000e slot name issue
I have a Dell M1000e chassis with 7 m620 blades in it. The first six pick up the slot names from the OS of the host which is VMWare ESXi. The seventh one does not. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello
There is a slot name section in the CMC manual. I suggest reviewing that section to make sure it is configured how you want. Just skimming through it, it looks like you need to set the slot to use the host name and have an OMSA agent installed in the host OS.
