VM Image backup failing, Need Help
VM image backups are failing with below error message. please help.
Errors and Exceptions
2013-11-15 05:53:08 avtar Info <7202>: Backup CANCELLED, wrapping-up session with Server (Log #2)
2013-11-15 05:53:24 avvcbimage Error <9768>: Avtar exited with 'code 163: externally cancelled' (Log #1)

Hey，
1. Please check network status in your environment. If the proxy servers lose communications with the Avamar grid, the backup will stop.
2. If the network is normal, please check your whether the backup time exceed "Backup Windows" time of Avamar server. If exceed "Backup Windows" time, you need to adjust "Backup Windows" on Avamar GUI. And start the backup job earlier if possible.

Hello Leo,
1. Proxy server communication looks fine.
2. I am that backup time exceed backup window. i have changed backup schedule. let's see what how it goes.

Checking the Network connection and enable overtime for the next scheduled backup. This should solve the issue.
