Unable to move servers from source avamar to target through client manager 7.2-15

we have a server whose version is 7.0.102-43. source avamar version :- 7.1.2-21 Destination avamar :- 7.2.1-32 we are trying to move the server only from source avamar to destination avamar and its failing with error code 30019

if anyone has faced this kind of situation on moving the client from one avamar to another avamar then that would be great.
