Two Documentum customs jobs running but don’t seem to be doing what they suppose to be doing
I have two customs jobs that are not properly running, when i open the jobs reports i get the following even if the job status is COMPLETE but in UAT environment I get the job reports for these two jobs;
2017-8-6 13:27:11:153: Config object name: Job Name
2017-8-6 13:27:11:153: The process is currently busy. This thread will exit.
Could you please assist. Tried DCTM including JMS rebounce and cleared DCTM and JMS cache the issue still persist.
Do you have idea which process and how can we kill it to initialize the jobs?
