SQL Pluggin fails on Avamar with error 10007

Hi all

A newly created Windows 2016 VM with SQL Server 2014 Management Studio is constantly failing to run Avamar backups on the SQL plug-in whereas windows FS is always succeeding. the error code on the avamar activity window is 10007, and the log summary is attached.

I ensured that the backup admin account has the sysadmin permissions.

Please assist
