Hi looks like misunderstood your question. So in order to schedule reports so that you can receive them by email you will need to create a Custom event profile.
In Avamar Administrator, select Tools > Manage Profiles.
The Manage All Profiles window appears.
2. In the left pane, select the domain for the custom event profile, and click New.
The New Profile wizard appears.
3. In the Profile Name box, type a name for the event profile.
4. Choose whether to enable or disable the profile by selecting or clearing the Profile
Enabled checkbox.
5. Enable email notifications for the profile by selecting the Email Enabled checkbox.
6. Specify whether to send email notifications as soon as events occur or on a scheduled basis:
l To send email notifications as soon as events occur, select Send data as events
occur.
l To send email notifications on a scheduled basis, select Send data on a schedule,
and then select the schedule from the list.
7.
Specify the reports to include in email notification messages:
a. Select the Attach checkbox next to the report to include.
b. Select the checkbox next to the report for the file formats in which to send the
report. You can select XML, CSV, or TXT.
c. Specify the number of historical reports of this type to send with each notification
message using the Since Count and Since Unit fields. For example, send the past
two months of these reports.
The following values are available from the Since Count list:
– day(s) ago
– week(s) ago
– month(s) ago
– since last modified
17.Click Next.
The Email Notification page appears.
18.If the profile includes email notification messages, then specify the recipients and
options for the email notification messages:
a. In the Email Subject Header box, type an email subject line for the notification
message.
b. Add an email recipient to the list by typing a valid email address in the Enter
Recipient box and then clicking +.
c. (Optional) To remove a recipient from the Recipient Email List, select the recipient
and click -.
d. To insert all attachments into the body of the email notification message, select
the Inline attachments checkbox.
NOTICE
When you insert the attachments, the email message may be very long.
e. To immediately send a test email message, click Send Email.
Please ensure smtp relay is set for receiving email messages.
HTH

Hi,
Avamar already has reporting capability. Once you log into Avamar admin console Under Tools--> Manage Reports you can see all the available reports. These reports can be scheduled also. I would suggest you have a look at Avamar Reporting Guide.

Did you mean section from picture that I've attatched?
I don't see any option in running a report that will allow me to schedule it. I can run and collect it manualy. I don't see any option in schedules to add a report to actions. Your answer wasn't helpful.

I've created a test profile. Test mail went fine. I will know tommorow after 11:00 a.m if it's working according to test schedule and how test report will look like. Cheers
I have another problem with reports. It's generating start and end time of the backup in anusual format, for egsample:
Sun Aug 09 19:00:00 BST 2015. Exel can't read it properly, I can't use it in any function. Is there any way to change it? Can the report extract start/end time in same format like in the Activity Monitor? Location of source of script for report would be helpfull.
