Physical Avamar NDMP accelerator Node configuration (avamar 7.4)

Hi,

We have got physical NDMP node delivered at customer site. currently when we do a cat /usr/local/avamar/etc/node.cfg shows as supernode and same for the command cat /etc/motd.  I generated the PG for hardware/software installation for the NDMP node. I have below queries for the same :-

1. Does this nodes come with default SUSE Linux OS image or we need to upload the re-kickstart package and choose node type as accelerator node like we usually do in virtual NDMP accelerator node.

2. Is it mandatory for installing System tool packages, dpnavsys  on the node as well running the change_nodetype for changing it to accelerator node.

I can directly install the avamar client and NDMP client package along with avsetup NDMP. these are GEN 4T nodes.
