New to Avamar, attempting to backup NFS shares via Linux Client

ok I'm a n00b. I got the avamar setup, the avaclient installed (7.5.1-xx183) for CentOS the avamar and my linux host talk, 2019/08/06-20:01:40.36412 [agent_update] agent_message::resolve_client_ip ping to MCS xx.xxx.140.xx:xx.xxx.140.x using local IP:10.xx.xx.60 was successful but the backup are failing due to Time out before starting error. Why and how do I resolve???
