Monthly/Weekly schedule and Retention
How do we configure if we want Monthly to run only on first Saturday of the month, and at the same time we want Weekly to run remaining Saturdays of the month but not the first Saturday of the month

Is there a problem if the first Saturday backup also has a weekly tag along with monthly tag?
You could create multiple backup policies. One with a scheduled monthly backup on the first Saturday and only populate the Monthly selection in the retention settings for this backup, zero all the others. Then a weekly backup policy for the second Saturday with its own retention setting; another weekly backup policies for the 3rd, 4th and last Saturday in the same manner.
The 'fourth' and 'last' weekly backup will be the same Saturday every now and then so the jobs will run one after the other so this is not a perfect solution at all.
