mccli rule add

I am finding difficult to pass the details for the option --file-path= on mccli rule add command

mccli rule add --domain=/Vcenter --name=Demo rule --file-path=/tmp/Vm_Tag_Rule

Content of VM_Tag_Rule is as below

Filter=VM Tag;Operator=includes;category Name=Tag_OE,Value=OE_XYZ

I am getting error on file content of /tmp/VM_tags_Rule, please let me know the exact syntax for the content to get the VM tag Filter values on the rule.
