Lost access to avamar information in my vcenter

Hello,

I lost access to avamar information in my vcenter.

when trying to enter the management (https: //hostname.domain.local/aui/) the message: Object not found.

when trying to enter the management (https: //hostname.domain.local/dtlt/home.html) the message: Service unavailable!

The only one that opens is (https: //hostname.domain.local/avi/avigui.html#page=SW_Upgrades).

I tried accessing the server to get the LOGs, prompts for password repeatedly using WinSCP.

I tried to update, but a message appears stating that the service is degraded.
