Is there a special procedure to replacing a Hard drive on Utility node.
On my Avamar Utility node I have a failed Hard drive - drive 0:
From what i have read, the two drives on the utility node are hot swapable. Is this correct? Can i just replace the bad drive with a good drive.
Does there need to be any specific hard drive that it needs to be replaced with? I ran the
avsysreport pdisk pdisk=Enclosure Device ID:Slot Number
to give me the product ID of the current bad drive
So should I be able to order that part and replace it?

if you are paying for hardware support on your grid, put in a support ticket for failed hardware.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately powers that be decided to stop paying
for Avamar support.
