Increase frequency of client agent calling home?
My company is working with an Avamar system that deals mainly with clients that are Non-Pageable. We're running into the problem that other than scheduled jobs, any on-demand commands will time out because the agents themselves are only set to call home and check for work every 3000-3500 seconds.
Unfortunately, none of the documentation has been able to provide me with any setting or point of configuration where we can make the client agents call home more frequently, ideally once every 60-120 seconds.
Is there any known way to do that? If so, where/how?
