IDPA 4400 not using all of my bandwidth

Hi, IDPA never consumes more than 20% of the total available bandwidth for its replication.

I have maximum concurrent processes set to 6 and 8, I have 0.0 Network usage throttle and I have a really high throttle threshold on the DD manager.

How on earth do I make IDPA use the remaining 80% of my available bandwidth ?

There are no restrictions on any of my firewalls for inbound or outbound traffic.
