How to do baremetal for Oracle Linux Enterprise 7.2 (Linux Physical server)

Hi,

Please give some advice how to restore Oracle Linux Enterprise 7.2 (Linux Physical server) into a new Physical machine.

In Avamar we are getting backup the Files and Folders of this OLE server. 

Why the Avamar isn't capable of baremetal for Linux physical server?

If Linux filesystem recovery process is to install an OS then recover the files and folders. How about the configuration and settings?
