GSAN unresponsive - AER node Import Server Reset
Hi,
I have encountered an issue were the GSAN has become unresponsive following attempting to run the AER node Import Server Reset through the Extended Retention console.
Unfortunately I no longer have access to my previous company's account which would help me access the KB articles and the current company I'm contracting for have not renewed there support contract on the basis they will retiring the hardware in the coming months but that does not help my current situation as i cannot therefore lodge a service request.
I did find an article on the forums which may help and was wondering if possible could someone please provide me the content of the following article it would be greatly appreciated.
