Getting Backup Reminder, But Backign up Daily

I was just told by a user that a system said it hasn't been backed up in 72 hours and if they want to Back it up Now or Later. I looked at the schedule for this system and its setup as a daily and in the Avamar Administrator console restore tab I see the dailies there, everyday. So I am wondering if there was anything I could look at to figure out what this is popping up.
