FLR Restore for linux/windows VM in AVAMAR 7.2

we are trying to perform FLR restore for windows/Linux VM where we have to provide the root/local admin account details in the target machine as per VMware admin guide. customer wants to know if we can use any other service account to perform that restore other than the root/local admin account as their server team is not interested to share with backup restore team. if we can use any other id then what roles and permission it should have to perform the restore task. customer wants also if there is any guide for the same.
