Failed to create sub-proces

Avamar was working fine. Tried to launch it today to look at some failed backups but "Failed to create sub-process." popped up. Googled this error an came upon:

I tried all of the solutions provided in that thread but none failed to resolve my issue. We're running Avamar 7.5.1.101 and Java 231. I've also uninstalled/reinstalled/rebooted multiple times. Please advise. Thank you.
