Exchange VSS Backup fails in both 2010 and 2016
Backup Agent is not running under the Avamar backup user account. Enter the logon credentials.
Unable to complete backup.
No Events found!

Hi,
Could you please provide more details? Is only VSS backup failing? If you can post logs here, it will be useful to understand what is causing backup to fail.

Only VSS backup failing, File level backup running normal
