date in times in the Failed report?
when I go to tools/reports and run the failed report -- I am confused about the date and times. they do no see to match with what I see in activity report.
the SchStartTime should be when the Schedule is set to start but it always shows 00:00:00 unless it was an on demand. (in this case it should be 19:00)
the SchEndTime should be when the schedule is set to end which should be 9:45 but instead it shows 15:00:00 (15 hours is the duration of the schedule)
Start time again should show when it actually starts but seems to show how many seconds it was queued.
End time should show when it finished but instead seems to show elapsed time (compare it to Elapsed Time in the chart)
so the question is - is this report a little screwy? Am I just reading it wrong?
Does anybody know how to get a real report that shows when a failed job really started and really failed?

Do you happen to be in the Central time zone? The report may be showing the times in UTC (CDT is GMT-5 so midnight UTC is 19:00 CDT).

Well - that may be it.
My DPA report shows the actual times in relation to the server.
why would DPA do it right and the built in do it based on UTC ( oh.... so you would buy DPA!)
thanks I will keep that in mind when running reports with what looks like wrong times.
