Change var directory in avamar exchange

Hello,

We have an avamar 7.2 on which we backup Exchange 2010 DAG.

We set the var directories on a third server but we need to modify them to move elsewhere.

Which is the best way to perform this operation? Just run the configuration wizard again and change the value for the var dirs?

Is there anything else to check or change?
