Backup Client of Other Domain (DNS)

Hi,

I'm trying to backup a client from other domain than Avamar Server. i.e. Avamar Server is deployed on abc.com and source system in in xyz.com. I've installed the agent on source system and the source is reflected on Avamar client list. But When I'm trying the initiate the backup job, its timed out after sometimes.

For your information, I've added client of same domain as Avamar and successfully backedup data.
