Avamar Windows VMDK Mount

Hi,

Our Avamar solution is having some issues with the restores. The Windows VMDK mount and Instance Recovery function doesn not work. We are using Avamar 7.3.101-125. The Avamar Administrator / Client with GLR plugin is running on Windows Server 2016. I also tried this on Avamar Administrator on Windows 7 + GLR Client on Windows Server 2008 R2. When I browse the backups I can see the backup number I want and the three VM disks, I select them all and select Mount Windows VMDK and the result is "No results returned".

If I reboot the whole Avamar Infrastructure it doesn't work but if I reinstall the Avamar Administrator + GLR + Client it works for a while.
