Avamar Replication

if we have an Avamar Datadomain integrated solution with Avamar doing managed file replication from prod AV-DD to DR AV-DD and retention periods on both sites are the same

will deletion of backup data via avamar from one DD automatically delete the data from the AV-DD system at the DR site?
