Avamar new static ip address is not apply change

Iam download best version of avamar ovf for vSphere and vcenter when  after deploye when try to change ip address  the commands sys     5 apply change and exit    but canot apply change ip address  itis not recognize. pls any one help me can't workanything by those problem
