Avamar NAT configuration

Hi Dell,

I deployed the avamar server in my virtual box and tried to backup by using private IP (192.168.1.75).

The client backup worked fine with no issue but the problem occurred during backup using Public IP (XX.XX.XX.XX)

Port forwarding / DNAT is configured on the firewall. SSH is working without any problem but other services like HTTPS(443), client backup(28001) fails.

Based on the above diagram can you  suggest what configuration must be done on Avamar node (probe.xml) and dpnnetutil

I have referred the following document : Avamar Administration Guide (delltechnologies.com) page 135 but didn't worked
