Avamar GRID Allied Telesys switch configured as a Brocade ?
There was an error during the initial configuration of Avamar grid. The Switch "Allied Telesys" has not been initialized via port 24 as shown in the documentation.
After installation, this appears as a Brocade switch and does not work!
It indicates Brocade as type meets Brocades commands, etc. but physically, the type is "Allied Telesys AT-9924TL-EMC.
Does anyone have an explanation for this phenomenon?

There was two GRID, the old one was with "Allied Telesys", and the new one with "Brocade"... and the documents about these two GRID have been interverted.
Howver, it is very surprising that the script name _network_test_SLES-7.2.0-401.run automaticaly configure the brocade switches. the word "test" suggests only a test of the network- as this occurs with "Allied Telesys" switches.
