Avamar cluster wizard shows partner with not installed client and plugin

Hello all,

I upgraded the Avamar server to 19.8 and was turn to do so with the clients and plugins. There are only two SQL databases being backed up on this Avamar (AlwaysON config with two nodes in each). I followed the procedure and removed the old version. Last night the servers were rebooted and today I installed the new versions. When I run the cluster wizard it sees the cluster and each node but it shows the partner as not having a client and a plugin installed. Regardless of which node I run the wizard it always shows the partner as not having them installed. Choosing next only allows me to view the current cluster configuration and can't remove or create a new cluster. This is the case in both clusters which makes me think I am either repeating the same mistake or there is an issue with the new version for which I'm not able to find documentation.

Has anyone experienced something like that? Any guidance is appreciated.
