Avamar Cannot Restore From DDVE

Hi,

Currently we implemented backup restore in avamar. By configuring DDVE as our backup and restore storage, we successfully done connecting DDVE to avamar. Backup process also can be done. But when we cannot restore from the job, as the details says : Cannot Browse Content and more details below

Have you guys ever experience failed to restore using ddve in avamar?
